The principals of Lone Star Office Condos have our 30 years in the Houston real estate industry from developing office parks to designing and constructing custom homes in areas such as Spring Valley, South Hampton, Southside Place and West University Place

Over the past 20 plus years we have assembled a group of professional and licensed  architects , plan designers and engineers  that are  on the front line  before the next development kicks off

 Over the last 20 plus years we have assembled a group of professional trade contractors that know and understand our construction methods and strive to produce a quality product day in and day out.

Many of our  licensed mechanical contractors have worked on our projects for over 15 years

We have partnered with high quality material suppliers.  We use our buying power to get attractive pricing   for our construction materials. We continually shop for new and innovative products to assure ourselves we are providing our customers with quality products
